Half fill a small sauce pan with water and bring to a boil, add ramen noodles and simmer for 5 minutes. Rinse and drain the noodles and set aside. Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a small dry skillet over high heat. Remove the seeds from the pan and set aside. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium high heat, add the shallots and stir fry to about 2 minutes. Add the chicken, vegetables noodles, sesame seeds and sesame oil to the shallots and heat through and serve.

  • 1.0 package Ramen noodles
  • 15.0 g Shallot (thinly sliced)
  • 5.0 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 125.0 g Chicken (shredded)
  • 50.0 g Carrot (julienned)
  • 0.5 ea Yellow bell pepper (julienned)
  • 1.0 ea Spring onion (sliced on the diagonal)
  • 15.0 ml Sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 10.0 ml Sesame oil
