Directions:
1. Combine sauces, honey, half the ginger and garlic in bowl.
2. Add mix to pork, toss to coat set aside
3. Combine vinegar, oil and remaining ginger in bowl. Add cucumber and stir
4. Heat frypan or bbq grill. Drain pork and cook.
5. Add pork sauce, cook further until sticky.
6. Serve pork over rice. Add cucumber salad, chilli and green onion.
