Directions:
Boil potatoes for 10 minutes, drain rinse and return to pan. Add remaining ingredients to potatoes, stir to combine. Pour mixture into a single serving casserole dish, top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 180℃.

Ingredients:
  • 70.0 g Cooked ham (cut into 1 cm cubes)
  • 1.0 ea White potato (cut into 1 cm cubes)
  • 50.0 g Onion (medium dice)
  • 10.0 g Garlic (minced)
  • 5.0 ml Italian seasoning
  • 70.0 g Frozen corn
  • 80.0 ml Alfredo sauce
  • 50.0 g Cheddar cheese (shredded.)
