Directions:
Bring 3 cups salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook for 8 minutes.
While pasta is cooking heat olive oil over a medium heat, add shallot and cook until just starting to brown, add garlic and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Stir in white wine and chives, cook for another minute.
Drain pasta and add to garlic and shallots, toss to coat and serve.
