Preheat oven to 375. Spray 2 ramekins with non stick spray. Cook macaroni according to package. Whisk squash, broth, milk yogurt, onion powder, garlic, mustard and salt in small saucepan. Set over medium heat, stirring frequently until but bubbly. Stir in cheese. Add macaroni and stir to coat. Divide mixture into dishes. Combine panko, Parmesan and thyme. Sprinkle over macaroni. Spray tops with cooking spray. Bake until brown, about 12 min.
