Season chicken breast with sea salt and pepper to taste, then cut into strips. Heat 1 Tbsp Ghee (or butter) in skillet over medium to high heat. Once skillet is hot, place chicken in pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add 1-2 cups chopped broccoli and 2 cloves garlic. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until chicken is done and Broccoli is to desired softness.
