Directions:
1. Arrange pieces of bread on a baking sheet and place the sheet in the middle of the oven to toast the bread. Allow 1 to 2 minutes or remove when golden brown. 2.Keep the toasted slices on the baking sheet and brush one side of the warm bread with olive oil. If desired for added flavor, the pieces of bread can be rubbed with a clove of garlic prior to brushing on the olive oil or use a garlic flavored olive oil. 4. Slice the mozzarella thinly & place on top of the bread for 1 minute. 3. Place a mixture of beef tomato cubes, olive oil & oregano on top of the hot bread 5. Top with Prosciutto

  • 1.0 large Beef Tomato
  • 1.0 tsp Oregano
  • 1.0 large Ciabatta
  • 2.0 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2.0 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.5 cup Mozzerella (sliced)
  • 1.0 slice Prosciutto
