Directions:
Cut potatoes (I used 7 medium red potatoes for 5 or 6 servings) into quarters or large chunks. Place several pounds of chicken pieces on top of the potatoes. My crockpot cooks quickly, so I always put the meat in frozen. Add some fresh chopped garlic. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, and then add 1 TBSP of oregano. Cook on High for 6 hours

  • 2.0 tbsp Olive oil
  • 5.0 medium Carrots (sliced)
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 1.0 TBSP Oregano (to taste)
  • 2.0 cloves chopped garlic
  • 4.0 lbs Chicken thighs
  • 7.0 Medium Red Potatoes
