For chicken: Oven to 425. Put foil on pan and spray. In bowl mix flour & salt. In another bowl mix egg and water. In another bowl mix bread crumbs & seeds. Roll ckn in each bowl and place on pan. Spray ckn when finished. For peanut sauce: whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Add water if needed. For cabbage: mix cabbage and vinegar in bowl

  • 1.0 tbsp. Water
  • 1.0 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1.5 cup Sesame seeds
  • 3.0 Chicken breasts (cut into strips)
  • 0.3333333333333333 cup Peanut butter
  • 2.0 tbsp Water
  • 2.0 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2.0 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1.0 tsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 2.0 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 3.0 tbsp Red wine vinegar (pinch of salt)
