Directions:

Place frozen chicken on bottom of crock pot In separate bowl mix other ingredients Pour above mixture over chicken Cook on low for 8 hours Shred or cube chicken Spoon over brown or white rice.

Ingredients:

6.0 pieces Chicken Tenderloins (frozen)
1.0 clove Garlic (chopped, granulated)
0.25 tsp Ground Ginger
0.25 cup Apple Juice
0.25 cup Brown Sugar (packed, light brown sugar)
2.0 tbsp Ketchup
1.0 tbsp Cider Vinegar
0.5 cups Water
0.125 cup Soy Sauce

if using thawed chicken cook in high for 5 hours
