Directions:
Cook pork belly in a wok over medium high heat for 5 minutes, stir occasionally. Add cabbage to pork, pour beer over cabbage. cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stir after 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
  • 250.0 g Pork belly (cut across the grain into thick slices)
  • 0.25 head Savoy cabbage (cored and thinly. sliced)
  • 1.0 each Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 5.0 ml Salt
  • 0.25 head Savoy cabbage (cored and thinly sliced)
  • 90.0 ml IPA beer
