Preheat oven to 180℃.
Place chicken and vegetables in the center of a large aluminum foil square. Fold edges of foil up but don't close.
Place ranch dressing mix, cream cheese, heavy cream and chicken bouillon in a small sauce pan. Heat over low heat until the cream cheese has melted, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables, close aluminum foil pouch and cook in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Carefully open foil pouch and serve over white rice.
