Directions:
Fry the celery, onion and carrots in the heated oil. Add chops and apples and fry. Add the beer and chicken stock. Season and stir. Simmer for 45-50 min until slightly thickened. Serve with chopped parsley and mash.

Ingredients:
  • 2.0 sticks celery (chopped)
  • 1.0 small onion (chopped)
  • 2.0 small carrot (chopped)
  • 1.0 tbsp oil
  • 4.0 cubed kassler chops
  • 2.0 small apples (peeled)
  • 330.0 ml beer
  • 1.0 cup chicken stock
