Directions:
Mix meat, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Layer skillet with thin layer of vegetable oil, brown meat. Simmer 30 minutes. Add water and cornstarch mix; bring to a boil. Add green peppers, cook til tender.

Ingredients:
  • 1.0 lb Chuck Roast ((or Round Steak))
  • 0.5 Cup Soy Sauce ((per pound))
  • 1.0 tsp Ginger ((per pound))
  • 2.0 medium Bell peppers
  • 1.0 Cup Water ((per pound))
  • 1.0 tbsp Cornstarch ((per pound))
  • 1.0 cup Rice
  • 2.0 tsp Garlic (jarred)
